Client wishes to carry out in-home usage studies based on observation and qualitative discussion to understand what consumers do when they bring home fresh mince meat – storage and how used
Business Challenge
To provide information to establish a future packaging strategy for fresh minced meat
Solution
Recruited 6 or 8 consumers in each country who allowed researchers to observe how they store and use mince meat in their home. Each home visit took 2 hours and there were 26 in total
Results
All home visits completed and client collected responses themselves. Some minor issues relating to where consumers purchased the mince meat from however additional recruits covered this
