A new initiative has been introduced at Pharmacy stores to make customers feel better cared for, so that they ultimately increase their weight of purchase when in store, and frequency of store visitation. The research will be used, in conjunction with sales data, to evaluate whether the training has achieved these goals

9 stores in Wales have undertaken the initiative and require assessment in the form of store visits
Solution
9 x store visits, aiming for 20 interviews at each store. Interviews will be carried out of customers who have visited the pharmacy that day
Results
Severe weather affected the interviews, however all were achieved with only minor delays. Client analyzed the results themselves
