A year on year measurement is required and this is the fifth research project to assess which areas of the business are performing well and which could do with improvements or further funding

Solution

300 x CATI interviews of registered builders who have used certain aspects of the client business in the past year

Results

There has been no significant change in the overall satisfaction level since 2009
