Focus Groups / Online Focus Groups

Online focus groups are established where respondents are far apart or are otherwise difficult to recruit for conventional venue based discussion groups. Online groups enable clients to observe respondent comments in real time and have the advantage of 48 hour transcript feedback.

Executive Depth / Telephone Depth Interviews

2Europe provides recruitment, interview moderation, analysis, interpretation and reporting for each European country. The team are particularly skilled at the more difficult Business to Business and Health interviews. Interviews are completed both face to face and via telephone depths with audio recording of discussions.

Graduate and postgraduate moderators are specifically trained in telephone techniques. All comments are captured verbatim by means of digital audio recordings and then typed English transcripts are provided prior to analysis.
