Establish packages that appeal to business partners together with package contents, propensity to consider, barriers to consideration and price positioning. Identify the appeal of the institution and the proposed packages to non business partners.

100 telephone interviews using a 10 minute questionnaire with IT managers and directors in medium to large organisations.

Results

The findings were used as part of PR program to position the client as an expert in data storage.
